Born and raised in San Francisco, California, Janèe is living proof that resilience and passion can transform challenges into opportunities. Raised by a single mother, she grew up learning lessons in strength, compassion, and perseverance. Her mother instilled in her the value of education and hard work, lessons that would carry her through life and shape her into the multifaceted woman she is today.
Today, Janèe wears many hats—Executive Assistant, business owner, real estate investor, aspiring realtor, model, and actress. With a can-do attitude and fearless spirit, she continues to chase big goals while inspiring others to believe in the power of their own journey.
Finding Confidence Through Modeling
Though people often told her growing up that she should try modeling, Janèe initially didn’t see herself in that space. Confidence took time, but fate had its way. In 2021, photographer Mizery invited her to her first photoshoot, and from there her modeling career began to blossom.
Since then, she has collaborated with creative collectives like The Modern Wive, Trapxart, and That Vibe, and has walked in both San Francisco Fashion Week and LA Fashion Week. Along the way, she sharpened her craft under the guidance of Keeyan Hill, a model coach from America’s Next Top Model Cycle 4.
From Runway to Screen
After two years of modeling, Janèe began to feel an urge to explore more of her talents. While modeling showcased her beauty and poise, she knew she had a big personality and creative side that the world hadn’t fully seen. Once again, fate intervened when she met writer Pharoah, who instantly recognized her star quality. Within five minutes of conversation, he offered her a supporting actress role in his film Horror in Oakland.
Her role as a drug-dealing vampire queen challenged her to step outside herself and embody a character far removed from her everyday life. For Janèe, acting became a space where she could let go of her professional, goal-driven self and fully embrace artistic freedom.
Living a Double Life Like Wonder Woman
By day, Janèe is serious, professional, and focused on her business and real estate goals. By night, she transforms into a creative force on the runway and screen. She often compares herself to Wonder Woman, living a “double life” where both realities coexist—each one shaping her identity in powerful ways.
Her ability to balance professionalism with artistry makes her a rare talent—someone who can command a room in the boardroom just as much as she can on a runway or film set.
